What We Can Customize

Voltage & Capacity

Any voltage from 12V to 1,500V DC. Any capacity from a few amp-hours to multi-megawatt-hour systems. We size the system to your load profile.

Form Factor & Enclosure

Custom mechanical designs to fit any available space — including non-rectangular shapes, split-pack configurations, and ruggedized enclosures for harsh environments.

Cell Chemistry Selection

LiFePO4 for safety and cycle life, NMC for energy density, LTO for extreme temperature and ultra-fast charging. We select the chemistry that best fits your requirements.

BMS Development

Custom BMS hardware and firmware development, including proprietary communication protocols, vehicle-specific state-of-charge algorithms, and safety interlocks.

Communication Protocols

CAN Bus, RS-485, Modbus, SMBus, UART, Ethernet, proprietary — we implement whatever protocol your system requires, including custom message sets.

Thermal Management

Passive cooling, forced air, liquid cooling, or phase-change thermal management — designed for your ambient temperature range and duty cycle.

We support UL, CE, MIL-SPEC, UN 38.3, IEC, and other certification processes — including test report preparation and agency liaison.

From Requirements
to Production

Requirements Review

We begin with a detailed technical discussion to understand your application, operating environment, duty cycle, interface requirements, and program constraints. This typically takes 1–2 meetings.

Feasibility & Proposal

Our engineering team assesses feasibility and prepares a detailed proposal covering system architecture, key specifications, development timeline, and pricing — typically within 2 weeks of the requirements review.

Design & Prototype

Upon contract execution, we proceed to detailed design and prototype fabrication. Prototypes are typically delivered within 8–16 weeks depending on complexity. Design reviews are held at key milestones.

Validation & Testing

Prototypes undergo comprehensive electrical, mechanical, thermal, and safety testing at our facility. We provide full test reports and work with you to address any findings before production release.

Production & Delivery

Production units are assembled, tested, and inspected at our US facility. We support initial deployment and provide ongoing production support, field service, and warranty coverage.
